HSLIS eシリーズ は、製造プロセスに使用される純水または薬液のインライン・モニタリング用液中パーティクルカウンタです。複数台を設置する場合や長期の傾向分析を行う場合など、導入コストおよび運用コストが重要視されるモニタリングに適した装置です。
HSLIS-M50eは、純水のインライン・モニタリングに特化したモデルで、50 nmの微粒子を検出します。モニタリングを統合管理するソフトウェア Facility Net (オプション) に 接続することで、測定データをリアルタイムに収集、閲覧、分析することが可能です。
