SLS-20は、Chem 20™ 液中パーティクルカウンタ専用のシリンジサンプラです。SLS-20と組み合わせることで、Chem 20を使用したバッチ測定が可能です。
Chem 20は、最先端のエレクトロニクス製造プロセスで使用される高純度薬液をモニタリングするために開発されたパーティクルカウンタで、20 nmのを微粒子を検出する、すぐれた感度を備えています。主として高品位薬液のインライン・モニタリングに使われてきましたが、SLS-20により、パーツ洗浄の評価のようなバッチ測定が適したアプリケーションにおいてもChem 20が性能を発揮できるようになりました。
SLS-20の操作はすべてSamplerSightソフトウェア (オプション) で行います。SamplerSightは、バッチ測定用液中パーティクルカウンタに共通のソフトウェアです。
